Right of Access |

In order to provide the best possible service to each customer, our Service Rules and Regulations require that CWL be granted the right for identified employees to have access to your premises at all reasonable times for the purpose of:

Reading meters.

Examining, testing, changing, or moving any CWL equipment, meter, or apparatus concerning electrical, water, or wastewater services.

Measuring the customer’s maximum demands.

Turning on, off, or disconnecting a service or meter.
Refusal to grant access for these purposes can result in service termination. |
