In order to handle emergencies, our telephone is answered around the clock, seven days a week, for your protection as a customer.  Our telephone numbers are here.

 

Our General Office is located at 400 East Monroe Avenue.  This location is where business is conducted pertaining to billing, payments, customer service, and credit.  For your convenience, a night depository is available at this location for checks or money orders only. 

 

Our Engineering Department entrance, located on Creath Avenue., is where business is conducted pertaining to line extensions, new development permits, plumbers, electricians, contractors, etc.

 

Office hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday thru Friday (except holidays).  Our busiest times occur on Mondays, the day after a holiday, the first of the month and lunch hours.
