  Notice is hereby given that an election will be held at the Parks and Recreation (Earl Bell Community Center), 1212 S. Church Street in Jonesboro, Arkansas, on Thursday, February 18, 2010, between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., for Positions 7, 8, and 9 of the City Water and Light Plant of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas, an improvement district.
 ·  Landlord Information
  In order to improve our service to our landlords and their tenants, beginning March 1, 2010 we will require leases and/or receipts for tenants connecting service. We encourage any landlords wishing to require tenants to provide us with leases before March 1 to do so. At a minimum we will require the lease or receipt from the landlord to include the following: *the rental property address *the full names of all occupants of the property 18 years of age or older and *the lease term.
